情報学環の中村裕美特任准教授が、明治大学の宮下芳明教授とともにイグ・ノーベル賞（Ig Nobel Prize）の栄養学賞（NUTRITION PRIZE）を受賞しました。

今回の受賞は、2011年に発表された、微弱な電気が流れる箸などを使い、食べ物の味の感じ方を変える実験に対するものです。

イグ・ノーベル賞は、人々を笑わせ、考えさせた業績に贈られています。9月15日（日本時間）にオンラインで授賞式が行われました。

Project Associate Professor Hiromi Nakamura, together with Professor Homei Miyashita of Meiji University, received the Nutrition Prize of the Ig Nobel Prize for their experiments to determine how electrified chopsticks and drinking straws can change the taste of food.

The Ig Nobel Prize is awarded “for achievements that first make people laugh then make them think.”
