The Student Encouragement Award at the 85th annual conference of IPSJ is presented to the excellent presentation by a student member who presented in the student session. Mr Shinoda was awarded for his presentation titled “Examining the effect of sawing methods on resistance in conductive yarn embroidery.”

Mr. Shinoda’s comment: I am very happy to receive this honorable award. I will continue my research on interaction technology using conductive thread embroidery.
