【情報学環教育部】教育部受験生に向けた学生主体の広報活動Student-led outreach activities for applicants to the III’s Undergraduate Research Student Program
2026年度情報学環教育部の研究生募集が開始されました。出願期間は11月10日(月)〜11月14日(金)正午となっています。今年度の教育部自治会では、仲間を増やしたいという思いから、教育部を知っていただくための広報活動を強化しています。
その活動の一環として制作したのが、26年度版研究生募集ポスターです。毎年有志の研究生がデザインを手がけており、今年は研究生1年の下田さん（写真1枚目）が担当しました。テーマは「学ぶを結ぶ」です。日本の伝統的な装飾である「水引」をモチーフに、教育部で得られる未知の学びや新しい仲間との縁を結びつけるイメージが表現されています。中央の水引に配された四色は、教育部のキーワードである情報・メディア・コミュニケーション・ジャーナリズムを表しています。
現在、自治会の広報チームでは教育部のリアルをもっと多くの皆さんに知っていただくために、教育部ガイドブックを制作しています。編集を担当しているのは、研究生1年の寺田さん（写真3枚目）です。教育部の歴史や授業紹介、研究生紹介など、学生目線の情報が満載の一冊です。ガイドブックの公開は10月下旬を予定しています。
情報学環教育部は、多様なバックグラウンドを有する方々を歓迎します。ぜひ今年度のポスターとガイドブックをご覧ください。きっと、入学してからの生活の解像度が高まると思います。

The application period for The Undergraduate Research Student Program for the 2026 academic year has begun. The application window is from Monday, November 10th, until noon on Friday, November 14th.
With a strong desire to welcome more members, this year’s Research Student Council is enhancing its public relations efforts to help more people learn about the program.
One of these activities is the creation of the 2026 Undergraduate Research Student Program Recruitment Poster. Every year, volunteer research students handle the design, and this year, it was created by Shimoda, a first-year research student (pictured in the first photo). The poster’s theme is “Connecting Learning.” The traditional Japanese craft of mizuhiki is used to express the image of connecting the unknown learning opportunities and new friendships gained through the program. The four colors of the decorative cords at the center represent the program’s keywords: Information, Media, Communication, and Journalism.
Currently, our Research Student Council public relations team is working on creating an Undergraduate Research Student Program Guidebook to give more people a realistic view of the program. The editing is handled by Terada, a first-year research student (pictured in the third photo). This book is packed with information from the students’ perspective, including the program’s history, course introductions, and research student profiles. The guidebook is scheduled for release in late-October.
The Undergraduate Research Student Program welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds. We encourage you to take a look at this year’s poster and guidebook. They will surely give you a clearer idea of what life will be like after you enroll.
