UTokyo OCW（OpenCourseWare）とは、東京大学で開講されている正規講義の講義資料や講義映像を無償で公開するためのWebサイトです。以下のURLからアクセスできます。
UTokyo OCWは、東京大学の「知の開放」事業の一環として、2005年より開始されました。
世界中のどこからでも東京大学の高度な教育活動の成果を共有することができます。
UTokyo OCWの特徴のひとつは、シラバスを横断的に検索し、俯瞰的に可視化できる知の構造化ツール「MIMA Search」を実装していることです。MIMA Searchとは、UTokyo OCWに公開されている各授業のシラバスの関係を構造的に見ることができる検索システムで、シラバスに含まれている各種の情報をもとに検索結果を「点」と「線」によってネットワーク表現します。MIMA Search を用いることによって、各授業科目の関連性を様々な角度から俯瞰することができます。

UTokyo OCW is one of the university’s programs for “opening the gates of knowledge” to the wider world. It has been in operation since 2005.
People all over the world are able to share the achievements of advanced research and education carried out at the University of Tokyo.
One of the features of UTokyo OCW is that it implements the search tool known as “MIMA Search”. This provides an overall visual representation of the structure of knowledge and allows users to search syllabuses without the constraints of disciplinary boundaries. MIMA Search is designed to search the syllabuses of courses on UTokyo OCW. It displays the search results in a network format, using dots and lines. With this tool, it is possible to instaneously search course syllabuses, and see how each course relates to another from various different perspectives.
